We are very impressed by the service and professionalism of the Affordable Painting & Remodel team. The team completed a beautiful bathroom remodel to support the accessibility needs of my mom. The team always advised of where they were at in the remodel and if there were delays (very rare and only due to weather) they always advised ahead of time and they made themselves available the next day. I do not have a "decorator's eye" but the team was patient with helping make decisions for tile choices, grout, and everything in between. Just had a wonderful experience with Marty and Affordable Painting and Repair. Our patio was in desperate need of some TLC...11 years and 3 coats of paint later, it was chipping, flaking, dirty...just gross. Marty came in, quick to respond, amazing correspondance, and kept my needs and budget in consideration the entire time. He was so kind and his employees were very respectful and courteous as well. I came across Marty on Facebook and thought his work looked good so I called him to come out for an estimate on several things. He told me I had termites, so after I had that treated they came to get started. They removed the old worn out gutters and replaced rotten wood on the house, replaced the flashing on my chimney and added a chimney cap, which is beautiful! Then began the termite damaged wall in the house, which was a nightmare to me, but it's all replaced and looks brand new! He and his guys are very nice and polite and cleaned up afterwards. Affordable Remodeling ETX painted cabinets, installed LVT in our second floor room, installed mosaic backsplash in our kitchen as well as pantry, and did some smaller related jobs. They were an excellent choice!! They did a great job with the painting. They took their time isolating the painting area to prevent overspray. They brought us multiple samples of flooring to choose from and wasted no time getting it installed. The backsplash just elevates our kitchen. Many times throughout the various jobs they would ask me to inspect to make sure we were on the same page. Everything was professionally done and cleaned up upon completion. I loved the work they did for me. Everything was very professional. They stayed in continuous contact with me to let me know the status of various parts on order and the status of who was going to show up and when they were going to show up. During the work they were doing for me, my bathtub started to leak (completely unrelated to what they were working on for me). A friend of mine repaired the tub, but my friend cut a giant hole in the bathroom wall to access the plumbing. Affordable painting and Repair repaired the drywall for me, while they were doing the other work at my house. That was a huge help to me. All in all, great service. I couldn’t be happier.
